As our spring 2021 Spotlight Campaign
fundraising kicks off, we take this time to reflect on the diverse racial and ethnic composition of our theater community membership, and how other local performing arts organizations have long looked to us as an exemplar of diverse casting and writing. Today we need your help and support more than ever to ensure the future of our theater company. |

Your past donations have been critical in our growth.
As we embarked on our 10th anniversary year in 2020,
our mission was fully in place to showcase local actors, directors and playwrights, and to serve as an intimate and accessible local venue for the presentation of world-class musicians and singers.
While COVID -19 brought all of our momentum and expectations to a staggering halt, we have not been silent.
Members participated in virtual labs on Zoom, and we launched several virtual productions to keep our
theatrical aspirations moving forward.

Now we’re hoping you’ll give again enabling us to establish a matching fund so that all our members and audiences can be proud collaborators in our comeback from this unprecedented challenge.
Like many non-profit performing arts entities throughout the Country, WCT has accrued a considerable financial deficit since last March. To generate the cash we need to meet our current operating expenses and pay off our debt during this period of quarantine we’re turning to you, our most generous donors.
