Occasionally, performances may need to be canceled due to inclement weather. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange.
If you are unable to attend an alternate performance date (or if there are no additional performance dates available) we will automatically issue you a refund using your original payment method.
Tickets will only be refunded if the performance is canceled by WCT.

In the event of inclement weather, and WCT is still holding a performance,
please allow extra time to arrive at the theater.
Doors will open as soon as it is possible to accommodate early arrivals.
Please exercise caution when walking up the exterior ramp to our door way.
