The Body Gives Voice to Peace is a gentle, inclusive meditation and somatic practice for actors and creatives that builds presence, grounding and embodied creativity- supporting deep character connection while teaching artists how to safely release the work and care for themselves. Jessica W. Bonds is an actress, psychotherapist and meditation facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting embodied presence and emotional regulation. She integrates somatic practices, sound and breath to help actors and creatives access their work with clarity, safety and depth.
