About Matt's Classes:
"The camera can be an important partner and learning tool for actors. If you struggle with confidence in front of the camera or are you mainly a theatre trained actor who wants more experience in front of the camera, this is a great class for you!" -- Matt Lagle - BooneDogVideo.com

Acting For Camera II: Web Series is a unique course in which an original web series is the class project. O'TownNY, Season I; Fish Out Of Water was created in Spring 2018. Season II will see storylines developed and new characters introduced. A team of WCT's finest writers will continue to create the script for the students enrolled in the course.
The class is structured like a professional job, and as such actors are expected to behave in kind. Matt Lagle focusses on character development, advanced on-camera acting technique and working with a director.
Students are required to provide their own costumes, props and make-up and to participate in any way appropriate to support the production.
Admission into this course is by self-taped audition or prior approval from the instructor. Students will receive a copy of O'TownNY, Season II on USB drive at the occasion of an intimate premiere. O'TownNY will have it's own website by 2/15/19.
In his class; Acting For Camera I, Matt Lagle utilizes scene rehearsal; initial video recording; viewing of playback, critique and re-recording to allow students to explore and improve their on-camera acting skills. The class will cover on-camera technique for monologues and multi-actor scenes; commercial techniques, spokesperson study; teleprompter practice; and self-taping auditions. We’ll use scenes from current television and film and students are encouraged to record original content they might have worked on.
